A special invitation to get HikeFit with our Adventure with Purpose Wednesday training hikes! 


Whether you're gearing up for our Murchison River Gorge Charity Hike in July or preparing for any ultimate hiking challenge this hiking season, these mid-week excursions are designed to strengthen both body and mind. 


These guided hikes and walks are being offered on a donation based offering. We kindly ask that before booking, that interested hikers make a donation of their choosing to our fundraiser found here, prior to booking. Please include the donation name and amount on the booking form.


Each hike or walk includes: 

- Being led by a qualified and experienced guide, highly skilled to keep you safe on the trails

- Basic stretching exercises before, during and after, to warm up muscles and prevent injuries

- Mindfulness activities to promote mental health & wellbeing

- Opportunities to discuss safety tips and awareness on hiking, hydration, trail etiquette, Leave No Trace etc

- Opportunity to connect and network with like minded individuals, fostering a sense of community amongst hikers

- Supportive and inclusive atmosphere where participants of all fitness levels feel welcome and encourage to hike at their own pace

Full details including meeting point, car shuffle requirements if required etc will be sent out 1 day before each walk via text.

- 8th May / Mandurah's Sea Explorer Walk / 9.00am - 11.30am / 9km one way (car shuffle involved) / Option of post walk brunch at Falcon Beach Cafe (own cost)

- 15th May / No walk due to walk commitments with City of Mandurah 

- 22nd May / Baldwins Bluff Walk Trail / 9.00 - 12.00pm / 6km return / BYO snacks and lunch post walk at Serpentine National Park

- 29th May / Bibbulmun Track, Camel Farm to Hewitts Hill / 7.00am - 11.00am / 8.6km return / BYO snacks and brekky for on trail

- 5th June / Joseph & Dulcie Nannup Trail, Mandurah / 9.00am - 11.30am / 8km return / BYO snacks and lunch post walk Riverview Gardens Reserve

- 12th June / Rocky Pool Walk Trail, Kalamunda National Park / 7.00am - 10.00am / 5.1km loop / BYO snacks and brekky for on trail

- 19th June / Kittys Gorge, Serpentine National Park / 9.00am - 12.00pm / 8km one way (car shuffle involved) / BYO snacks and lunch post walk at Serpentine National Park

- 26th June / Little Eagle View Walk Trail, John Forrest National Park / 7.00am - 10.30am / 7.9km loop / BYO snacks and brunch post walk at John Forrest National Park

- 3rd July / Mount Cooke Circuit Walk, Monadnocks Conservation Reserve / 9.00am - 1.00pm / 9km loop / BYO snacks and lunch for on trail

- 10th July / Lesmurdie Falls Big Loop / 7.00am - 9.00am / 4.2km loop / Option of post walk brunch at Mason & Bird Cafe Kalamunda (own cost)


Please note: that hikes in Serpentine National Park, and John Forrest National Park require a Parks Pass. Highly recommend getting a yearly pass if you plan on visiting many parks this hiking season, or alternatively pay the daily entry rate of $17. Pssst RAC Members get an annual parks pass for $65.98, a savings of $64.02.
