Hello Sunday Morning is an organization committed to changing peoples relationship with alcohol one Sunday at a time. It is our chosen charity for our Murchison River Gorge Charity Hike this year.

Each hike or walk includes:

- Basic stretching exercises before, during and after, to warm up muscles and prevent injuries

- Mindfulness activities to promote mental health & wellbeing

- Opportunities to discuss safety tips and awareness on hiking, hydration, trail etiquette, Leave No Trace etc
