Welcome to the Sunrise Paddle n Brekky On The Bay, a captivating way to start your day and explore the beauty and history of Mandurah. Led by Certified Eco Guide Chelle Fisher, this unique 2 hour adventure combines a serene sunrise paddle through Mandurah’s stunning waterways with a delicious crab-inspired breakfast on the foreshore.

Your journey begins as the first light of day dances on the water, creating a peaceful backdrop for a paddle through the region’s rich wetlands and estuaries. As we glide through tranquil waters, you’ll hear stories of Mandurah’s transformation from a small fishing town into a popular holiday destination, and learn about the history of its renowned blue swimmer crabs, which have been a key part of the area’s culture and economy for generations.

Along the way, you’ll experience the vibrant wildlife that inhabits Mandurah’s waterways, including black swans, playful dolphins, and a variety of birdlife, all of which are active during the early hours of the day. As you paddle through the stillness of Soldiers Cove and Osprey Waters, you’ll also witness the ever-changing beauty of the wetlands, where the natural world comes to life with each passing moment.

On the return we will pull up to the Eastern Foreshore, where you will be treated to breakfast at The Bay Cafe, savoring the flavors of Mandurah’s iconic blue swimmer crabs, along with other delicious local delicacies. This is the perfect opportunity to reflect on the morning’s adventure, enjoy the breathtaking surroundings, and connect with the land and its history.

Tour location: Mandurah Bridge Carpark. The tour ends at the same point after approximately 90mins.
