Led by a Certified Eco-Therapist and Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, this experience will take you along the pristine shores of Meelup Beach, Castle Rock and Point Picquet, just a few of Dunsborough's most magical coastal gems.
As you walk barefoot along the sand, you’ll immerse yourself in the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves and the calming embrace of the natural landscape. This journey invites you to experience the healing power of nature through mindful activities, including cold-water immersion, barefoot walking, and optional nature-inspired art journaling. Our expert guide will facilitate a series of invitations to connect with nature, yourself, and the surrounding elements, creating a profound sense of peace and well-being.
The experience concludes with a delicious bush tucker-infused morning tea, where you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your journey and connect with fellow participants over a beautiful spread of local flavors, thoughtfully prepared to nourish both body and soul.

Time: 9.00am start, 12.00pm finish approx (Please allow extra time if possible)
Meeting Point: Meelup Regional Park, Hurford Street, Dunsborough. The experience ends at Picquet Point, were we will be transferred back to the start.
Please note: A drop-off/pick-up service is available for those outside the local area. Exact pickup times are provided 2 days prior, as dependant on bookings. A fee does apply:
